1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 81400 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes. 81400 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review the latest terms periodically.

This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you are using the platform voluntarily and with full legal capacity.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 81400 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account verification failure or account closure. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered your own unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the platform. 81400 is not liable for losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their account.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policies

The 81400 platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or continuity of service. The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including lost betting funds, technical disruptions, or unsatisfactory game outcomes.

In the event of a technical disruption that prevents a match or bet from being settled correctly, the platform reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the funds to the user's account. The platform's decision in such matters is final.

Account Suspension & Closure

81400 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, illegal activity, use of unauthorised software, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a breach, the platform reserves the right to withhold or confiscate the account balance, depending on the severity of the violation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the platform's standard procedures once identity verification is complete.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the 81400 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of the platform and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written consent.

The platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including payment providers and game suppliers. 81400 is not responsible for the content, policies, or privacy practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies independently.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
